Position: Exhaust Retrofit Installers

Job Description:

Perform Aftertreatment installations as directed by shop supervision, to assure customers receive fair value and superior product performance. Maximize productivity and quality of aftertreatment installations and repairs while adhering to CWI and other applicable safety standards.

Duties:

• Support CWI Customer Service Philosophy and Standards
• Utilize troubleshooting tree tools to diagnose root cause quickly & accurately
• Execute Aftertreatment installations and repairs as per manufacturer guidelines
• Promote teamwork within the department & CSC
• Meet or exceed standard installation times
• Grow skill set by participating in technology training, both classroom & on the job
• Work safe at all times

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to weld and use metal cutting tools
• 2+ years shop technician experience desired
• Must own tools
• Ability to lift 51 lbs with two hands
• Willingness to work overtime and be “on call” as required
• Acceptable written & verbal communications skills
• Accurate PC utilization skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive Heavy Duty Truck
