Position: Journeyman Technician

Job Description:

The primary goal of this position is to provide service in all levels of maintenance, repair, commissioning and troubleshooting on products sold or serviced by Cummins West.

Duties:

• Support CWI Customer Service Philosophy and Standards
• Ability to service the following products but not limited to: Cummins Diesel Engines,
• Trouble shoot, diagnose, disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, and assemble engines as per guidelines
• Write clear and accurate summaries of repairs
• Meet or exceed standard repair times
• Complete and pass all assigned training classes
• Attend and participate in scheduled team meetings

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and three to five years works experience
• Trade school or equivalent work experience
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of five years diesel engine
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must own tools
• Keep facility well kept and clean
